Yes, Muslims do believe that Jesus (Peace and Blessings be upon him) performed many miracles, but all of which were only by the permission of Allah. Allah Says in The Noble Quran (interpretation of meaning), “And ˹on Judgment Day˺ Allah will say, ‘O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember My favor upon you and your mother: how I supported you with the holy spirit1 so you spoke to people in ˹your˺ infancy and adulthood. How I taught you writing, wisdom, the Torah, and the Gospel. How you moulded a bird from clay—by My Will—and breathed into it and it became a ˹real˺ bird—by My Will. How you healed the blind and the lepers—by My Will. How you brought the dead to life—by My Will. How I prevented the Children of Israel from harming you when you came to them with clear proofs and the disbelievers among them said, ‘This is nothing but pure magic’ (Quran 5:110). This verse shows some miracles that Jesus (Peace and Blessings be upon him) could do. Muslims even believe that Mary gave birth to Jesus miraculously and without male intervention. Even some Christian scholars deny this, claiming that Mary and Joseph were together. But Muslims believe she was a chaste, virgin woman and Allah blessed her with a Messiah as a child.
Something important to note here is that performing miracles is not an indication of that person/persons being divine. Because if that was the case, Prophet Moses (Peace and Blessings be upon him) would be divine for splitting the sea, Solomon (Peace and Blessings be upon him) would be divine for being able to control the wind, Prophet Adam (Peace and Blessings be upon him) would be divine for being born without a father or mother, etc. This is why Muslims believe that The Prophets came with miracles and signs, but they could have not done any of it without the permission of Allah, Peace and Blessings be upon them all.
And Allah Knows best.
